The Christmas spirit is already among us — and 2026 is approaching, bringing new challenges and great opportunities.
This is a time for reflection on everything we built in 2025 and also on the new phase of BWS IoT: we continue to move forward, now for the second year, with a dedicated IoT Technology Development Engineering team — Hardware, Firmware and Software.
Throughout 2025, BWS IoT developed and delivered solutions with a strategic focus on our partners and clients, always prioritizing the best cost-benefit ratio and return on investment (ROI). Considering a scenario marked by waves of technological transformation, we expanded our portfolio, strengthened alliances and accelerated our innovation capacity.
Key Launches and Achievements of 2025
- Disruptive innovation and paradigm shift in IoT: launch of the BWS NB2 IoT mobile tracker, compatible with 4G, 5G and, in the future, 6G networks, with extraordinary communication range (record of 66 km between ERB antenna and device). A solution with a potential lifespan of at least 20 to 30 years.
- Evolution of "pure" NB for mobile tracking: for many years, Narrow Band (NB) technology was mainly associated with static tracking (such as water and energy meters). This reality changes with the BWS IoT solution: NB2 (pure) applied to mobile tracking, with patent registration.
- Hybrid solution: launch of the BWS NB2 + LoRa (LoRaWAN and LoRa P2P), with a record of 143 km between LoRaWAN antenna and LoRa device.
- Pioneering and unique solution in the world: launch of the MODEM: LTE + LoRa (hybrid), the result of a collaborative development partnership between BWS IoT and SIMCom.
Strategic Partnerships
- Strategic partnership with TIM Brasil in telecommunications connectivity for IoT.
- Strategic partnership with NETMORE, via KORE, in LoRaWAN connectivity.
Roadmap 2026: connectivity without limits
Looking to 2026 and beyond, we remain firm in our vision of expanding frontiers. One of the highlights of our roadmap is the strategic partnership with Sateliot, for the development of a hybrid solution that combines BWS NB-IoT terrestrial connectivity with Sateliot’s low-Earth orbit satellite constellation, also in NB-IoT technology.
We know that 2026 will not be an ordinary year. The market will demand adaptation, efficiency, and continuous innovation — and we believe that technology will increasingly be a competitive differentiator.
